ATTENTION: THE SUPERIOR ROOMS HAVE BEEN ALL OCCUPIED. IT IS POSSIBLE TO BOOK "DE LUXE" ROOMS PAYING UPGRADE TO THE HOTEL.
THE RATE WILL BE COMMUNICATED IN THE BOOKING PHASE ACCORDING TO THE TYPE OF ROOM YOU CHOOSE.

HOTEL PRICES double or twin bed

Minimum THREE NIGHTS (with breakfast) .(for the triple room ask for a quote from the hotel when you will send your reservation).
3 nights per person in a double bed : € 58.00 per day

TWO NIGHTS (with breakfast)
2 nights per person in a double room: € 72.50 per day

ONE NIGHT (with breakfast)
1 night per person in a double room: € 72.50 per day

HOTEL PRICES single room per person

Minimum 3 nights in a single room € 96.00 per day

2 nights in a single room: € 120.00 per day

1 night in a single room: € 120.00 per day

N.B. Tourist tax is not included in the price

The year-end dinner is booked exclusively on the Tango Serendipity Art registration form: BTE 2019
When you arrive at the hotel you can make any changes, add or remove meals.

What to do to book: WAIT confirmation of participation by our partner manager, then:

In the object write : TANGO BTE 2019 and last name participants.
In the email body indicate:
1) The day of arrival and the day of departure.
2) Indicate the names and surnames of the participants together with the type of room: double / two / three beds.
3) insert a credit card as a guarantee. You will be charged nothing you pay as you booked out of the hotel on the day of departure.

POLICY: The cancellation of the reservation is possible without any penalty before 19.00 on December 15t h 2018.
After this date and time the amount foreseen by the booking will be charged.
