Guide to Registration BTE 2019

1) After having opened the registration form and filled in all the personal data. Select the options that suit you best.
If none of the options is interesting for you, click on: none / none and go on to the next options.

2) choose the seminars you want to do with the masters. We remind you that the Full BTE 2019 package allows you to book all the internships provided compatible with schedules and availability, including
the female technique for women.

3) Lunches and dinners for those staying at the hotel except for the dinner will be booked and then paid together with the room on the day of departure.

4) Remember name and surname of your partner if you are in a couple and to send also to him / her, the registration form. Do not fill in the field: Codice fiscale. Only Italian member.
For those who do NOT stay in the hotel lunches and dinners and the tourist visit will be paid at the hotel upon your arrival.

5) After choosing the Tango package that suits you best, book the room if you decided to stay at the Royal Hotel Carltoin this way:

In the object write TANGO BTE 2019 and last name participants

In the email body indicate:

1) The day of arrival and the day of departure.
2) Indicate the names and surnames of the participants together with the type of room: double / two / three beds.
3) insert a credit card as a guarantee. You will be charged nothing you pay as you booked out of the hotel on the day of departure.

6) PAYMENT: After receiving confirmation of participation, you will pay by credit card or bank transfer only and exclusively for Tango packages.
Rooms lunches and dinners will pay them at the hotel as described above. In the confirmation of participation you will receive all the payment instructions.
