Modalità di ammissione
                                    


  • Cosa fare:
  • 1) Compilare il modulo di iscrizione uno per persona. Grazie!
  • 2) Se soggiornerete in Hotel e vi iscriverete in coppia sarete già confermati all'encuentros e potrete già fare la prenotazione in hotel , inviando la quota acconto all'associazione.
  • 3) Se siete in coppia e non soggiornate in Hotel sarete automaticamente confermati all'ecuentros. Inviare la quota prevista per il pacchetto o Milonga scelta.
  • 4) Se siete ancora non in coppia , inviate il modulo di  iscrizione, riceverete un email in automatco che confermerà la vostra registrazione, se non la vedrete, controllate in posta indesiderata, oppure scrivete a tango@serendipityart.it per avere informazioni. Vi invieremo conferma al più presto.
  • Quando le iscrizioni avranno raggiunto il numero massimo consentito, avvertiremo tutti attraverso i social network e il nostro sito web.
Le iscrizioni si apriranno il 20 giugno 2015 e si chiuderanno appena raggiunto il numero massimo. Avranno priorità i residenti in Hotel e i non residenti che staranno con noi per tutto il periodo. Tutto è organizzato all'interno di un unica location. All'interno dell'evento residente nella nostra pagina facebook Serendipity Art, potrete scambiarvi messaggi per trovare partner con cui partecipare. Saremo attivi come sempre per trovare ogni tipo di soluzione al fine di facilitare l'iscrizione di tutti. Gestiremo l'equilibrio uomo donna con gli amici tangueri non residenti in hotel.
La partecipazione è prevista per Tangueri e Tanguere che hanno maturato almeno 3 anni di Tango.

Admission procedure

What to do:

•1) Fill in the registration form, one for each single participant. Thank you!

•2) If you are STAYING at the hotel and you are registering the event IN COUPLE, your booking will be automatically confirmed for the “encuentros” and you will then be able to make your reservation at the hotel and send the deposit amount to the association.

•3) If you DO NOT STAY at the hotel, but are in COUPLE, your booking will be automatically confirmed for the “encuentros”. Please send the amount related to the option chosen.

•4) If you are NOT IN COUPLE, please send the registration form. You will then automatically receive an email confirmation of your booking. In case you do not receive it, we recommend you to check in your junk mail box or write to tango@serendipityart.it for any further information. You will receive a confirmation as soon as possible.

•As soon as the registrations reach the maximum number of participants admitted, we will immediately post a public alert giving this evidence through the social networks and our web site.

Registrations opening on June, 20th 2015 will close as soon as the maximum number of participants is reached.
Priority will be given to residents and non-residents in hotel that will be with us for the entire period.
Everything is organized in a unique location. On Serendipity Art facebook event page, you will find a section dedicated to the exchange of messages and to whoever wishes to find partners to attend the event. We will be willing, as usual, to find the best solution in order to facilitate the registration of whoever is interested. We will manage the difference in number between men and women with tango-dancer friends non-residents in hotel.
The event is scheduled and mostly recommended for tango-dancers with at least 3 years of experience.
