E’ facile, appena entrato nella pagina di prenotazione hotel inserirai il codice che ti daremo, avrai accesso alle camere riservate agli ospiti BTE 2019.

Vi preghiamo di indicare la vostra carta di credito per garantire la prenotazione. Nulla sarà addebitato. Pagherete in uscita dall’hotel!

Room booking: In the link you will find a reservation form, that you can fill up after having received the confirmation of the reservation. First enter the promo code: bte2022, then enter the hotel entrance / exit dates and number of people in the room, the price reserved for the BTE participants will appear, so you can book safely:

You’ll find a booking code in the hotel booking link, reserved to BTE 2019 guests.

Please indicate  your credit card for guarantee. Nothing Will be charged.
Please, select the number of the days you intend to attend and other options (brunch, new’s year eve dinner, visit to the city)
You’ll pay when you leave the hotel. 
We reserved a sufficient number of rooms for you.
You can cancel your reservation by 07:00 p.m. on 15th November  2021.

After this date and time will be charged 100% of what booked by the hotel.

You can book the New Year’s Eve Dinner only with the registration form of BTE.

You will pay  lunch, directly at the restaurant, at your arrival at the hotel
