Nel modulo di iscrizione troverete i costi per ogni possibile opzione all’encuentros. “E’ necessario compilare il modulo d’iscrizione per ogni singolo partecipante”
• I Tangueri /e che soggiorneranno in Hotel, verseranno la quota acconto con bonifico bancario, carta di credito o Pay Pal e subito dopo scriveranno all’hotel fornendo una carta di credito a garanzia. Il saldo verrà pagato all’uscita dall’hotel.
• I Tangueri /e che non soggiorneranno in Hotel dopo avere scelto le opzioni previste e spedito il modulo, verseranno l’importo tramite bonifico bancario, carta di credito o Pay Pal.
• Le iscrizioni per chi soggiornerà in Hotel sia in formula singolo/a e per chi si iscriverà in coppia si intenderanno confermate al ricevimento della quota acconto o saldo.
• Solo le iscrizioni in formula singolo/a non residenti in Hotel dovranno attendere conferma dalla nostra responsabile soci.

2. Effettuare la prenotazione all’Hotel: tramite email all’indirizzo carlton@monrifhotels.com o telefonando allo Tel.051.249361 oppure a mezzo fax 051.249724 .
Il pagamento avverrà direttamente alla partenza da parte dei singoli clienti, ai quali in fase di prenotazione sarà
richiesta una carta di credito a garanzia del saldo.
Le prenotazioni perverranno direttamente ed esclusivamente allo staff dell’Hotel che sarà a Vostra disposizione per
ogni esigenza.
Policy annullamento: Fino alla data del 14 dicembre 2015 ore 17,30 verrà resa totalmente la quota acconto per
giustificati motivi.
Dopo tale data e orario nessun accredito è previsto.

On the registration form you will find the costs related to any available option to attend the “encuentros”
• It’s necessary to fill in the registration form for each single participant
• All the tango dancers who will stay at the hotel will have to pay the deposit amount through bank transfer, credit cards or Pay Pal. Immediately after that, they will have to write to the hotel giving the details of their credit card as payment guarantee. The balance will have to be paid during checking-out from the hotel.
• All the tango dancers who will NOT stay at the hotel, after having chosen the required options and sent the form, will have to pay the relative amount through bank transfer, credt cards or Pay Pal.
• For those who will stay at the hotel, both single or in couple: the registrations will be confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit amount. For those who will not stay at the hotel: the registrations will be confirmed only upon receipt of the balance amount.
• Only for those single participants who will not stay at the hotel: the registrations will have to wait for a confirmation by the association’s responsible.
We recommend to book as soon as possible.
In case, after booking, you cannot attend the event, you will be refunded with the total deposit amount if you give a prior advice of cancellation according to the required term.
